PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS
Prices Shown for items on this website's product pages and in your shopping cart are merchandise only. Sale prices are based on reductions from the individual list prices. Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees. Photography may not be an identical representation of merchandise. Errors in price and/or specification may occur in print. In cases where such errors do occur, TRP Logistics expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors on this website or when accepting an order online. In the case where an order placed online contains a pricing error, you will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payments that have been authorized for that order will immediately be reversed.
PAYMENT FOR MERCHANDISE
Payment in full is due at the time the order is placed.
CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
You may cancel or modify all or part of your order prior to the shipment with no fees.
Once the order ships, a 15% restock fee and shipping charges will apply.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment, with the exception of cash where any refund will be made by check. Refund checks are processed at our corporate accounting office. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for processing. If payment was made by check, the refund process will begin after the original purchase check has cleared. TRP Logistics reserves the right to request identification at time of refund.
30 Day Return Policy
- Delivery charges from your original order will not qualify for credit.
- A return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.
- 15% restocking fee (off the merchandise retail) will be deducted from your credit.
We encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon delivery. In the rare occurrence that merchandise arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Care Center via email at email@example.com, text at (312) 584-2620 or phone at (630) 783-3790 within three (3) Days from delivery. We are not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of Customers moving or assembling the product. Arrangements will be made to correct the damage in your home or, at TRP Logistics’ sole discretion and as a one-time remedy, TRP Logistics will replace the damaged furniture with the same or similar merchandise. Reports of damage made after three (3) days from time of delivery will not be honored.
The product will be shipped directly to you by the manufacturer via FedEx. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Some customer assembly may be required.
LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
Your furniture may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty, which will usually provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture at the manufacturer’s discretion. You may be responsible for any associated service call fees, labor and transportation costs. TRP Logistics will help coordinate the repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty offered by the manufacturer is direct from the manufacturer and not TRP Logistics.
Any claims must be brought in the State of Illinois. In all cases, you waive any right to pursue claims on a class or representative basis. Your purchase from TRP Logistics and these terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois in which you purchased your merchandise.
